My teen daughter went to this website to order replacement center caps for my husband's Power Wagon for a Christmas gift Dec 19, 2009. I asked about the 10 day return with Christmas. They told me no problem. The caps were not the right thing. They were not "like new" - they were covered in dirt. I returned them on 12/29 with a return receipt requested since they cost money. I received them back to my home the end of January. The company refused to sign for them or pick them up. I contacted the company via email since they have no way to call. They told me again to return them without a signature required (It never said they were just going to keep them and not refund me a dime!) I sent them again with a delivery confirmation receipt - the post office said this wouldn't require a signature. I sent them 2/19 - they received them 2/21. I never got a credit or reply. I contacted them again and just got a note saying it was past 10 days that they couldn't credit it as their policy states. I asked about the 10 days and the holiday. I even emailed 12/27 before returning them the first time and was told to send them. I spent over $25 mailing them back twice at the company's request both times yet they refuse to replace or credit them. They just took my $80 and ran. What a scam. Don't do business with them - the products state they are the right thing and they aren't and then they won't even work with you at all to resolve it!!!!
