They are theives

Posted:Wednesday, September 10 2008, 13:01:47 | | I ordered gps on priority shipping which said I woud get it in 2days. I kept waiting. There is no response. Credit card was promptly charged. I called over 40 times, left over 20 voicemails, wrote over 30 emails. No response at all. I am a customer in US. I see that these thugs have managed to maintain a good record with ebay. They are responding to all ebay queries 5 to 6 times a day. I reported to ebay about them. So if they don't have accountability they cheat you. If you had ordered the same product on actngps through ebay, they would've promptly delivered it. Never ever ever buy from these theives. Their business model is simple. don't ship anything to 2 or 3 customer out of 10 and eat up their money . SO thats how they make their profits huh. I am not sparing them till I get my money back. They also falsely claim to be authorized dealers of garmin and magellan etc.. If you get on to websites of Garmin, magellan, they are nowhere listed under their authorized dealers. |

Posted:Monday, September 01 2008, 15:26:21 | | Well where do i start i have tried calling emailing and live chat but no sign of anyone.I ordered a gps from here on 21 july it now is 1 september on no sign of it or no replys to my emails.I would not reccomend to buy from these people they have taken my money two days after order.so i dont have a gps and they have my money so people if you r thinking of buying from here i would NOT TRUST THESES PEOPLE.Not sure what to do now but this is all i can do just warn others.So ACTION GPS A REPLY TO THIS WOULD BE NICE...OR EVEN MY GPS THAT I HAVE ORDERED AND PAID FOR.THIS WAS A INTERNATIONAL ORDER TO NEWZEALAND.... |

I never received one message regarding the item was OUT OF STOCK & my order had been canceled! I called them today, July 17, 2008 & found this out. Do not do business with this outfit! They appear to be the typical "Yes, we have it in stock & it will ship today" place, yet don't deliver! |
