No pre-sales support at all. Every time you ask them a question they throw up a $600 fee for custom development, lol. The folks on the phone are just telemarketers. As I understand it, their recent releases have been fairly weak as well. The whole thing just gives me a bad vibe, so I passed on them early on.

phpFoX just keeps getting worse...

I started out as an Affiliate with phpFoX back in mid 2006 and was their most successful affiliate they had. So how did they treat me? Good... until a guy named Drew left. Then the entire company went to compete sh... well, you know.

They took out Sales Tracking and tried to screw me over with how many sales I had, claimed they had to do it because of refunds - which I BELIEVED at the time, stopped paying on commissions owed, etc, etc.

This is like a NIGHTMARE company from Purchases to being an Affiliate. The script is HORRIBLE. I urge everybody to stay away from it if you have the choice.

The Affiliate program is a complete joke. The Aff. Manager used to be a cool person but then started showing that even she was shady. I had to ask for emails from everybody who purchased through my link (they had told me through email, pm's, etc) and they STILL tried to keep most of my sales!!! It was RIDICULOUS!

I'm glad I no longer promote this product. What a nightmare. I spent $500 in one month promoting this product through AdWords and AdCenter and, for the first time, I thought I had a failure campaign. Never happened before... but then I realized that THEY were just completely screwing me over.

The phpFoX Affiliate Program is a complete joke and a waste of time. 2 other Affiliates who were making decent money at one time now claim the exact same thing. The last thing you need, as an Affiliate, is to have to manually verify each sale with emails and know there's probably 80% more Sales than you got credit for.

I've been at this Business for years and have had some hard times with products but I've NEVER been screwed over like these guys do with their Affiliates.

php fox is a joke.
