I am currently waiting on an order confirmation for an instant cd-key order of Wrath of the Lich King. It was a mistake to use this site.. The php site is sketchy at best. I had to switch from Safari to Firefox because I couldn't register or create an order without it screwing up. And then I ended up with 3 orders, only one of which I was able to get through the entire process.

When it redirected me from paypal back to 3zoom it was just a crappy gobldy-gook page of different characters (looked like russian or something, issues with character encoding) and a link to paypal.com

I never got an order confirmation from 3zoom so I thought I'd try their 24/7 "instant" web support. I selected cd-key dept which indicated it was "online" (the dispute department was "offline", that should have been a red flag for me) but then after waiting two minutes for a representative it just notified me that "no one was responding" and suggested I "leave a message".. some good that 24/7 instant support is.

So now I've emailed cs@3zoom.com and I was notified since I didn't login to my paypal account I had to fax or attach photo-id.

So I've gone through that now and awaiting response.
