I have ordered cheeses through this company twice. The first time everything went smoothly, I got my cheeses very quickly, well packed and they lived up to their promise. The second time will likely be the last. I have no yet received my cheeses. I ordered them in advance, and selected the date I wanted them shipped, so they'd be fresh but still here in time for a big party I'm throwing. Well, the ship date was supposed to be yesterday, and when I go to the website to check on my order status, it still says they're holding the order until 2/3 (it's now 2/4, end of day). I've not recieved any confirmation that they've shipped. I've left voicemail and numerous e-mail messages with customer service and their webmaster. No response. Either they'll have to spring for overnight shipping if they get them out tomorrow, or they will get here too late. Either way, I am very disappointed that no one will get back to me to at the very least tell me I have to find my elsewhere!
