"Expediated Travel" (sic - their website!) apparently works a tidy 8 hour day, 5 days a week... maybe. Their online form took my credit card number, routed me to an incomplete webpage that didn't display the necessary list of required documents, and had no "search" option to find anything at all. There's no way to return to the instruction page without providing credit card information a second time. Call for help? If it's 6:01pm EST on a Friday night, forget it, although you'll get routed through voicemail hell before you figure that out. They don't post their hours and nothing indicates that they're closed on weekends. It's now been 60 hours without a response to my phone calls, which would suggest they're either taking a few days off or they're a completely fraudulent organization. I sincerely hope it's the former, or not having my visa is going to look like a small problem by comparison. I *DO NOT* recommend this service!! Appallingly bad!!
