I must say, i never expected so much from replica handbag sites. i shopped many other sites on Google, and no one replies to my email and no one had telephone service. Some didnt' even ship my bags.

Poshbagz is the only one that had 24 hour live service. i discovered Poshbagz a year ago, i bought from them 6 times, all amazing quality, and the last time i got a bag that got damaged from shipping. guess what, no questions asked, they just shipped me a new bag. Amazing customer service. I am with them for life now. If you want a reliable and honest replica designer handbag site, Posh is it!!

I bought from poshbagz.com and it was the WORST experience EVER. I shop online a lot and they were quick in responding before they took my money, but after that the customer service was terrible. The bags that I bought arrived, and they were damaged, not as described, and had the worst workmanship. One of the bags was completely uneven, one end had a 10 inch height, whilst the opposite end had a 6 inch height...needless to say it was really odd and uneven looking. I took photographs as evidence of this. I had to pay the shipping costs to return the damaged bags back to China from US ($100), which they refused to refund. Customer service were so rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the owner, they told me "WE DON'T KNOW WHO OWNS THE COMPANY" So strange. They refused to return my calls and emails for a while, then they even blocked my telephone number. Eventually I was forced to buy a wallet in order for them to discount the shipping cost. Then the bank they used took out a $40 fee which I was not informed about, they told me they could noyhing about giving this back to me as the bank wouldn't allow it. I asked them to send me a check...of course they said NO as "we do not have a protocol for this and the company does not have checks"...OK, what aweird company. All in all I lost money (about ($120) and received a crap fake wallet, which looks anything but posh! If youdon't want to be cheated, DON'T shop at poshbagz.com...it's NOT worth it!
