I joined the website "www. babysitters.com" also known as �Care Connections LLC.� I immediately canceled my services but they would not stop charging my credit card for several months. Eventually, after an investigation and several attempts to contact the corporation to resolve the problem, my bank reimbursed the charges to my account and changed my account number so the company could no longer charge my account. I tried to get BBB involved, but they responded:

In reviewing your complaint, we find we are unable to assist you with the dispute about which you contacted us. We have tried to contact the company regarding previous complaints, but the mail has been returned from the Post Office. With this, it appears the firm has moved without a forwarding address or gone out of business. In the absence of current contact information for the firm, we have closed the matter. If you have further location information about the company, please do provide it. We thank you for allowing the Better Business Bureau the opportunity to serve you, and regret that this matter could not be handled.

With further research, I found the BBB's website on this company: http://www.dc.bbb.org/report.html?compid=W7003761

I personally called this company at least 50 times, left messages (they never answer or return calls) and nothing could get them to stop charging me. I would warn anyone who is not prepared to 'join for life' to stay away from this one!!
