I've ordered eyeglasses from Zenni's in the past and always been very happy. Then I decided to get a style Zenni didn't carry so I tried BestBuyEyeglasses. Well, they promptly charged my credit card, but did not send me any order confirmation or shipping confirmation, and I tried calling them but was told they would find out what was going on and call be back and no one has called back. After 4 attempts at e-mail contact, I finally got an e-mail saying the product was back ordered. . . HELLO! you don't charge someone's credit card when the item is backordered! This is scamming in my book, and I'm not happy. I will attempt to contact them once more and if they can't make me happy I will dispute the charges and spread this review all over the web... my suggestion: order from ZENNI'S instead! |
