Canep Media is a terrible network compared to the usual ad networks I work with, AdSense, ValueClick etc. Heck, even Bidvertiser, Clicksor and CPX beat their payment rates.

Canep offered me a CPM rate of $0.06 for the US impressions that ValueClick was paying $0.60+ on the same page. They defaulted 85% of my impressions, and they specified the default to go to a Canep Media ad. I had to change it manually.

The minimum payout is $100 by check, and it was taking so long to make $10, I quit before I could get paid.

Support was terrible. They used to have no FAQ section- now they have a limited one. They took 4 days to answer simple questons, and for a issue to be resolved took a week and a half. The first time I submitted a ticket, it was marked as spam.

Their phone number goes to voicemail, all the time. I've learned that they use a VOIP service that redirects the call to a cell phone. That would be fine by me, but this guy never picks up, or replies to voice messages. Email support was ever so slightly better, but not faster. I couldn't make any recommendations, or tell them off, because there was no one to argue with.

But I'd recommend that you don't spend too much time on this, if you don't see really great results.
