Poor Customer Service

Compared to other online shoe places that do not charge for exchanges, their return shipping policy is extremely poor. Returns are at the customer expense. There are many other online shoe sites that do not charge for this service. I ordered the size I normally would get but the shoes are too small. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this merchant (shoemall.com) to anyone. Zappos.com and shoebuy.com are far better with customer service and have a free return policy. Buyer beware! |
