Poor customer service, website, and selection

Recently, I've had several negative experiences with this company. First and foremost, their customer service is subpar. I've been corresponding with them about a return and find them rude and quite difficult to work with. Second, the shoes they list as "In Stock" on their site usually are not, and it take the company several weeks to let you know that they're out of the shoes you've tried to purchase. Their website is almost impossible to navigate; the pictures are blurry and, recently, the pairs of shoes I've received look nothing like they do on the site. While I used to really like this company, within the past few years I've had much, much better shopping experiences at Nordstroms and barefoottess.com, two sites with a far better selection of larger sized shoes, better quality shoes, fairer return policies, and more cordial customer service teams.
