BustedTees.com is a company no one should order from. I ordered three shirts for holiday gifts on Dec. 19th which is plenty of time to have these ship and arrive by Christmas. It is now one week into the New Year and even though my credit card was charged on Dec. 19th I have received no shirts.

There are no reasons why this could not and should not have shipped. I called the company's number listed on the website over 10 times and the only response was that the would submit an email to customer service and then CS would respond to me within 24 hours. When that never happened I would call again. A super frustrating cycle.

Next step I emailed direct to customer service and responses came back with please call the customer service number on the website.

My attorney is now handling a reimbursement to my credit card as no refund was offered and no explanation given on why the shirts have not been shipped.

So 2 weeks of phone calls and emails, I would shop somewhere else. There are tons of online shirt companies so do better and save your time and frustration. Lifes to short to deal with BustedTees.com
