Posted:Wednesday, January 30 2008, 17:31:38 | | My return was not accepted, because the produce was not in resalable condition. They said it had been installed. Not only did I not install the faucet, the packing tape I had used to return the item had not been removed, so they rejected my return without opening the box. I would consider this company to be fraudulent and would advise against others from ordering from this retailer. |
