Defender-Pro does not work at all

Posted:Monday, March 03 2008, 23:17:52 | Just bought the 15-in-1 Defender-pro 2008 in Wal-Mart. The biggest mistake on software application that I made so far. Software doees not work. Hanged up my PC with vista operative system just after install it. I spent almost one hour to remove it and have it fully operational. Pro-defender web site customer service really does not provide any help. Both email addresses referenced in the support section do not work. I sent back the software for a refund. I will see if this work, or if it's a complete fraud and scam. Neither Wal-Mart honor any warranty on it.
