Horrible Customer Service, Poor Value

Posted:Wednesday, July 23 2008, 12:19:41 | was not at all impressed with JustFlowers.com or Flower.com which is the same company under a different domain name. Customer service was friendly but incompetent. They charged my card and did not deliver the flowers!
The only way that I know was by casual mention it to my friend. When the company was challenged, they eventually sent out a florist that un-ceremoniously dumped/left the flowers at the front door of my friend’s apartment who was away. What a complete waste of time trying to deal with their incompetence and money.
Horrible experience -- I would avoid this company at all cost!
