Our company went through some tough times with the economy and we were late on some of our affiliate payments. We have since recovered and we are now caught up all our affiliates payments as of 9/1/09. You should have already been paid. I have sold thousands of dollars worth of car protection for this site and have not been paid for several months (since Oct. 2007). They paid only the first 2 months. I have tried to contact the company repeatedly and been diplomatic but have not received any response on the status of payment or even the amount.

My experience is that this company has a big problem communicating with their affiliates. I do NOT recommend the 5 Star Shine affiliate program. Do not do business with companies that do not respect their affiliates!
