Poor Customer Service

Posted:Saturday, September 06 2008, 16:43:39 | | Less than 24 hours after making reservation for a hotel room for a night, needed to cancel due to family situation. Priceline charged us full amount of the room rate - would not work with us - just out for the bottom dollar. If we had booked the room directly with the hotel, we would not incurred any cancellation fees at all. |
