Bad merchandise, bad policy

Posted:Friday, November 21 2008, 13:45:00 | I recently purchased a number of AK 40-round clips from Smoke wagon gear and was sorely dissapointed.
Three of the clips were in less than acceptable condition. One had corrosion to the point that no more than 28 rounds would enter. another had a very weak spring and a third had actual dents in the side so that the plate would stick at a point about a third of the way down. Now, I am able to fix such problems, however, I expect that I should have recieved all of my clips in equal condition as I paid the same for each. On top of it all, there was no warning on the site or on the printable recipt generated by the site of their "NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE!" policy as printed on the invoice that was sent with the clips. My advice is to be DUBIOUS of the claims of Smokewagongear dot com. |
