Bad Customer Service!

I contacted customer service and someone by the name of Gina P suggested that I go around checking to see who has my package! I live in an apartment complex of over 100 apartments and it could have bee delivered to anyone's mail box! Their website states that all packages are insured against loss and that customers are taken care of. Not so. I would never shop here again. I own an online store also and I would never advise a customer to go around checking where their package is if has been delivered to the wrong address, how rude and inconsiderate! |
