Terrible Service

Posted:Friday, August 29 2008, 01:33:49 | | Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I placed my order for a $700 car stereo on Tuesday morning. I paid for the expedited shipping so I would receive the item to install on the weekend. Here it is Friday Item still hasn't shipped. I have called everyday asking for a status update they have assured me every day (three days now) that the item will be shipped. Called on Thursday to cancel order to give another company my money and they will not cancel nor issue a refund for an item they didnt ship. Unacceptable... |

These people are shady crooks. If you dont believe me read the horrible stories at www.RipOffReport.com.
They sell defective products that are NOT through the factory which is why they are cheaper then other places. If it breaks like it did for me you dont get anything! See, they remove the serial numbers so the factory cant track it and thus cant warrenty it. then they say its warrenty is voided since the serial numbers are removed! BUYER BEWARE! |
