I ordered two bouquets of flowers to be delivered to two different households for Valentine’s Day. Neither one will be delivered nor have I received my money back. I started my order online. After selecting an order that came with a free box of chocolate and a free vase, I went to my cart. Low and behold they tried to charge me $6.99 for my vase. So I called the 1800 number. The woman I spoke with was very nice. And very politely fixed the error. Granted that she seemed to be having problems navigating the system herself,(Told me several time "just bear with me"). After the first order was fixed, (I was going to pay $9.99 for shipping) I asked her to make the second order for the same thing. She did just that and I was very pleased. (At this point I was thinking of asking her if there was a way that I could put in a good word for her). I AM SO GLAD I DIDNT! After she rung up the order she went over the details of it for me and stated that the second order was going to be $17.99 for shipping. I asked why and she stated that it was because the time on the East coast had passed 12:00pm. It didn’t matter that I was on the phone with her before that, or that the other order was only $9.99 for shipping. I told her that it was ridiculous and I wanted my orders BOTH OF THEM canceled. She told me that I could not cancel the first order. I was livid. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The same woman came to the phone and told me that she was waiting for a transaction to go through and that I would be getting my money FULLY refunded. She asked me to hold on for a minute until it was approved. I waited for about 15 minutes and then I was hung up on. I called back and I was then told (by someone else) that I had to wait for a call back the next day because the company was closed for the day. To shorten this a bit since then, I have talked to three more people. It is still not resolved. My money has STILL not been refunded to my account. And the way they left it, if I wanted BOTH orders to get there by Valentine’s Day I had to pay $17.99 to get it there on time. Now suddenly the first order for $9.99 shipping was out the window. please listen to me DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You might be the lucky person and have NO problems. But you might be RIPPED OFF like me. Don’t take the chance. Show your love for your family or loved ones with another company. DONT TAKE THE CHANCE!!! |
