Placed order 30 Oct. 2008. Promptly recieved e-mail that the order had been recieved. Checked credit card and saw it had been charged. Never heard from them again. Checked status on their website for several days. All is said was processed. Called them 5 Nov. 2008 and was told my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. Checked credit card and saw it was credited 31 Oct. 2008 but I was never notified about cancellation, and on line status continues to just say order was processed. Not very good service.
