I have tried to order one particular item - a $99 gel seat and 4 times now they have shipped a cheaper model. I have spent at least 1 hour on the phone EACH time I have tried to get this corrected and they still have not been able to correct the shipment. Sometime the person at customer service seems extremely helpful and sometimes they are downright rude and discurtious. You can never get the same customer service rep. When you leave messages on the voicemail of the rep that tried to help you they NEVER get back to you. Supervisors will NEVER speak with you. I don't know if they are trying to scam customers with cheaper items. This can not be an honest mistake 4 times in a row. Since their items are geared to "seniors" I suspect that they just figure that the people receiving the items will never know the difference. DO NOT place your trust in this company!!!!
