justmyshopping.com - I received deplorable service from this company. Placed order, credit card immediately charged, did not acknowldege order until I called to complain about order not progressing past NEW SALE status on web site. Then they changed to ship 1 of three and it never progressed passed that. Was told on the phone and via email after 9 business days that order had not processed. I then called, emailed and used online chat to cancel and was told I could not because shipping had already occurred. How can this be previous day I was told order was still being processed. Asked for shipping documents and tracking information was told they could not supply. Told them I disputed with credit card company then was told they would supply shipping documentation which they never did. Checked on shipping times with common carrier from proposed delivery point to my residential destination and it stated 3-5 business days based on about 20 different carriers. Sent them this information and they became angry and started yelling at me. Then agreed to cancel the order (which they previously stated had shipped). Only time will tell if I get my money back. Posted complaint with FTC, FBI and BBB.org. Also asked to talk with a VP or upper managment individual and they refused to provide me with contact information, continued to yell at me and tell me I was a horrible customer and blamed the entire bad experience on me. WOW what customer service.
