I purchased 2 angel cheeks nativity set from Mookies gifts in Dec 07. Several items were broken. After several emails and phone calls ( they are never there to answer) I called for a pick up by the delivery company, they returned the items to Mookies. I was told only mookie could put in a claim. Again several attempts by phone and email without response! I finally reported them to better business bureau and after several attempts by the BBB they gave up and told me they couldnt get a response from the company. They are doing business under another name as well. PLEASE!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MOOKIES GIFTS. COM. you will never get resolve for any damaged or returned murchandise! ! !
