Posted:Tuesday, April 24 2007, 11:01:12 | | The above posting from Amy Gordon at artfulwears.com, is missing the part where she called in repeatedly yelling at and harassing our staff to help with account issues that should have been handled on her end, including asking if we would work with Miva directly, which we did. I personally spent several hours helping her. She was by far the rudest and most problematic client I have ever had to deal with and yes I may have been a bit short with her in the end but with good reason. She refused to pay us and our affiliates. |

I had an issue with plugging in the end of sale code in my shopping cart. I use Miva witch is a very widely used cart and could not get it to work. After over a year of trying to rectify this problem, I called to follow up with the director of ClickXchange, Bill Mansfield, he proceed to yell at me and let me know him helping me at all was above and beyond the call of duty. He told me that I could not afford him and was just completely rude. Had he spent a moment listening to what I was saying he might have realized that money was not the issue. Customer service is! I would never reccommend ClickXchange to anyone and would pay twice as much to use a different service! |
