Fraudulent Shipping

Posted:Saturday, October 18 2008, 12:53:39 | | I placed an order, received a confirmation and had my credit card charged (yes, it hit my card) only to get an email several days later telling me I needed to pay an additional $25 for shipping. No where did it say this on their site and no online vendor charges cards before orders are verified and shipped. They were not sympathetic and to date I have neither my money (although I'm disputing the charge) or the product. DON'T USE THIS VENDOR, unless you want a huge hassle. It was my first time trying them and it will be the last. |
